Sephora seeks a Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship) in Avignon Le Pontet — work‑study role combining retail sales training with hands‑on store experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the brand by welcoming, advising and converting customers to create outstanding in‑store experiences.
- Drive sales through consultative selling and tailored recommendations of products and services.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty (clienteling).
- Participate in store promotions, events and commercial challenges to support sales objectives.
- Ensure attractive product presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with brand standards.
- Support stock management activities including replenishment and basic inventory tasks.
- Engage in the formal work‑study training programme and apply learnings on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet collective targets and sustain a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat (vocational) in sales and/or aesthetics (minimum).
- Enrolled in, or intending to enrol in, a Bac+2 qualified work‑study/apprenticeship programme (e.g., BTS).
- Demonstrated client‑service orientation and commercial motivation.
- Strong team spirit and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods.

Entry‑level. Suitable for candidates at the beginning of their professional career or currently studying; prior retail experience is not required.
Education
Baccalauréat in sales or aesthetics (minimum); candidate must be enrolled in or applying to a Bac+2 work‑study (apprenticeship) programme.
