Sephora in Annemasse is hiring a Sales Advisor (apprenticeship) — customer-facing beauty role with training and career opportunities across France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and deliver personalised, expert beauty consultations to convert and build lasting client relationships.
  • Propose and demonstrate Sephora products and services tailored to individual client needs to drive sales and basket value.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
  • Participate actively in store promotions, animations and commercial challenges to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow the structured apprenticeship training pathway, assimilate brand knowledge and apply learnings on the sales floor.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, assist with stock replenishment and ensure store operational standards are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate (high-school diploma) in sales, retail, cosmetology or aesthetics (or equivalent).
  • Candidate must be eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract and intend to enrol in a Bac+2 qualification (e.g. BTS).
  • Strong customer-service orientation and motivation to succeed in a team-focused retail environment.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
