Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and deliver personalised, consultative beauty advice to build loyalty and drive purchase.
  • Propose and demonstrate Sephora products and services adapted to clients’ needs to maximise sales performance.
  • Create an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects the brand’s standards of service and presentation.
  • Support merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards to maintain an inspiring sales floor.
  • Participate in in‑store events, promotions and commercial challenges to achieve collective targets.
  • Follow the alternance training programme and apply learnings to daily customer interactions and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain operational excellence and a positive customer environment.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat (high school diploma) with a specialisation in sales and/or aesthetics, or equivalent.
  • Eligible and committed to a contrat d’alternance (work‑study/apprenticeship) leading to a BAC+2 or higher qualification.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics.
  • Team‑oriented attitude, adaptability and motivation to learn in a retail environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
