Role & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain pricing strategy across Sephora France and Belgium's complete product offering, accounting for market dynamics, competitive positioning, and economic impacts on volume and margin
- Develop and oversee promotional strategy in alignment with commercial, CRM, and finance teams, identifying optimization opportunities to enhance promotional efficiency
- Conduct competitive price monitoring and analysis, adjusting strategies dynamically to maintain market position and revenue objectives
- Manage and evolve decision-support tools and KPI dashboards to ensure effective, actionable RGM strategy tracking and implementation
- Lead the RGM team, including a project manager and apprentice, providing functional guidance and direction across pricing and promotional initiatives
- Partner with category, marketing, commercial, and finance leadership to optimize pricing levers, promotional mechanics, and commercial terms for maximum revenue impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent from a leading business school or engineering institution (Bac +5 minimum)
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience within strategic consulting or pricing consulting firms
- Expert proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis software
- Demonstrated business acumen with strong analytical capability
- Deep understanding of marketing, commercial, and financial dynamics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams

Experience
Minimum 7–8 years in strategic consulting, pricing strategy, or revenue management roles within retail, beauty, or consumer goods sectors. Prior experience with omnichannel pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness measurement, and data-driven decision-making in fast-moving consumer goods or luxury beauty preferred.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) from a leading business school (École de Commerce) or engineering school (École d'Ingénieur).
