Sephora Riyadh seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead store operations and sales across the region. Full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive commercial priorities across the designated region: ensure launches, in-store activations, sales mix, Beauty Pass recruitment and service initiatives are executed consistently.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs and service metrics; implement corrective actions to optimize store performance, conversion and average basket value.
- Conduct regular area visits (approximately 90% of time) to assess and enforce Sephora operational standards, merchandising, visual displays and execution of promotional calendars.
- Support inventory control: monitor stock levels, shrinkage, and execute stock takes in line with company policy; coordinate replenishment and podium bookings for key trading periods.
- Support store openings and renovations, ensuring merchandising and displays align with Sephora standards for launches and animations.
- Coach, develop and inspire store teams and managers: participate in recruitment, deliver training and in-store briefings, and support annual and quarterly performance reviews.
- Review client service reporting and implement service improvement plans to elevate the customer experience.
- Ensure effective use of Beauty Pass recruitment tools and other regional CRM initiatives to maximize client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business or Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, operations and/or customer service within beauty, retail or hospitality environments.
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-store operations, KPI analysis and delivering commercial results.
- Strong knowledge of the prestige beauty market, product categories and current trends.
- Proven people-management skills including recruitment, coaching and performance review.

Minimum five years of progressive experience in sales, store operations or customer service within the beauty, retail or hospitality sectors, with demonstrable results in KPI-driven environments.
Education
Degree in Business or Administration.
