Sephora Retail Supervisor in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia — oversee area retail operations, drive sales KPIs and coach store teams; 5+ years in beauty/retail required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive commercial priorities across the assigned area: monitor sales and service results, analyse Sales KPIs and implement corrective actions to optimise performance and gross margin.
- Ensure effective execution of launches, in-store activations, merchandising changes and promotional animations in line with Sephora standards.
- Visit area stores regularly (approximately 90% of working time) to inspect operational standards, coach store teams and ensure consistent delivery of qualitative KPIs.
- Support retail operations management for the EAST region: oversee stock levels, control shrinkage, coordinate stock takes and assist with replenishment and podium bookings during peak commercial periods.
- Support store openings and renovations, ensuring merchandising and visual standards are implemented accurately.
- Monitor the use and effectiveness of Beauty Pass recruitment tools and client service reporting; analyse results and recommend improvements.
- Conduct regular store audits and checklist reviews to safeguard compliance with Sephora operational policies.
- Lead people management activities: participate in recruitment of store managers/staff, provide coaching and training, support annual and quarterly performance reviews, and identify development opportunities to elevate service and sales.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in sales, operations and/or services within the beauty, retail or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in managing commercial KPIs (conversion, average basket, sales mix) and driving sales performance across multiple stores.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, current trends and product categories.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Flexible, adaptable and creative with the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with store teams, area managers and corporate support functions.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, operations and/or services within the beauty, retail or hospitality industry, with proven exposure to multi-store management and commercial KPI ownership.
Education
Degree in Business or Administration (or equivalent).
