Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in developing the store's commercial and HR strategy.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs to motivate and achieve results.
- Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and manage the stockroom efficiently.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
- Train and guide new hires in collaboration with Managers.
- Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
- Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
