Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales floor across key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
  • Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
  • Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
  • Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
  • Train new hires and guide their development in collaboration with Managers.
  • Build and maintain open and trusting relationships within and beyond the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
  • Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and budget management.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative team spirit.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in budget management and KPI analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3-4 years in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments is required.
