Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the implementation of retail strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive business performance.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with Sephora's standards.
- Participate in the expansion projects of the retail network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.
- High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sectors.
