Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
  • Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
  • Support Managers in developing the store's commercial and HR strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
  • Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central departments.
  • Train new hires and guide their professional development in collaboration with Managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
  • Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and budget analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in stock management and merchandising strategies. Analytical skills for KPI monitoring and reporting.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
