Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the designated sales floor, managing one or more of the four product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
- Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to the strategic planning of the store's commercial and HR activities.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating staff to achieve set targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage inventory levels in accordance with restocking cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central services.
- Train new employees and guide them in their professional development in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
Skills
Experience
3-4 years of relevant experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
