Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the floor management across one or more product categories, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support managerial activities by contributing to the strategic planning of commercial and HR initiatives within the store.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in alignment with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies, including pricing, promotions, and communication.
- Train and mentor new employees in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
