Join Sephora in Milan as a Retail Specialist. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire in a dynamic retail environment, part of the prestigious LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the designated floor, encompassing one or more of the store's key product categories: make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
- Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to the strategic planning of the store's commercial and HR activities.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies, including pricing, promotions, and communication as directed by central services.
- Train and mentor new employees, guiding them in their growth and development in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a dynamic retail environment is required.
