Join Sephora in Milan as a Retail Specialist. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire in a dynamic retail environment, part of the prestigious LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of the designated floor, encompassing one or more of the store's key product categories: make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
  • Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to the strategic planning of the store's commercial and HR activities.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
  • Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies, including pricing, promotions, and communication as directed by central services.
  • Train and mentor new employees, guiding them in their growth and development in collaboration with management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.

Skills

Proficient understanding of key retail KPIs and experience in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting. Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire towards achieving objectives and fostering a collaborative team spirit. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a dynamic retail environment is required.
