Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
  • Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
  • Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
  • Train new hires and support their professional development in collaboration with Managers.
  • Foster open and trusting relationships within the team and the broader organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder in a multinational retail environment.
  • Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and budget analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives while maintaining a positive team spirit.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical skills for KPI monitoring and reporting. Ability to manage stock and implement merchandising strategies. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
