Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support management in developing and executing store commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
- Train and mentor new hires in collaboration with management.
- Foster open communication and build relationships within and beyond the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
- Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
