Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in developing and implementing store commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central departments.
- Train and guide new hires in collaboration with Managers.
- Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in multinational retail environments.
- Proficiency in key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage a team, guiding them towards objectives and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
