Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
  • Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
  • Support Managers in developing and executing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
  • Train and mentor new hires, guiding them through their development in collaboration with Managers.
  • Build and maintain open, trusting relationships within and beyond the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
  • Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.

Skills

Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
