Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories, including make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
- Support management in daily operations, contributing to commercial and HR strategy development.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in line with merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
- Train new employees and support their growth and development in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
