Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the retail floor across one or more product categories, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
  • Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
  • Support managerial activities by contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels in line with merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies, including pricing, promotions, and communication.
  • Train and mentor new employees, guiding them in their professional development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and budget management. Proficiency in daily analysis and reporting. Excellent team management skills with a focus on achieving objectives and fostering team spirit. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in analogous roles within the retail sector, ideally in multinational settings.
