Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor, overseeing one or more product categories such as make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Support managerial activities, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels in line with merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
- Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Proficiency in managing key retail KPIs, budgeting, and daily reporting.
- Strong team management skills, with a focus on guiding teams towards achieving goals and fostering team spirit.
