Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
  • Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
  • Support store management in developing and implementing commercial and HR strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
  • Train new hires and support their professional development in collaboration with management.
  • Foster open and trusting relationships within and beyond the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs, budget management, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives while maintaining a positive team spirit.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and managing budgets. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic retail environment.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a dynamic, multinational retail environment.
