Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central departments.
- Train and guide new hires in collaboration with Managers.
- Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
- Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and proficiency in budget management and analysis.
- Proven ability to manage a team and foster a positive, collaborative team spirit.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail sector, preferably in a multinational environment.
