Sephora Mont-Saint-Martin seeks a Retail Sales Manager (CDI 35h) to lead an axis, coach the team and drive commercial performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a defined commercial axis (e.g., Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations): plan and organise daily activity to deliver sales targets and operational standards.
  • Drive the local commercial and human development plan by activating growth levers, setting priorities and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coach, motivate and develop a team of sales advisors through regular feedback, training and performance reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and skills progression.
  • Ensure in-depth product and service knowledge across the team and cascade brand initiatives, new product launches and selling techniques.
  • Manage store operations for the assigned axis: scheduling, stock rotation, merchandising standards, visual guidelines and compliance with cash and security procedures.
  • Recruit, allocate resources and propose staffing plans to maintain service levels during peak periods and support business continuity.

Qualifications

  • Proven first-line managerial experience in a customer-focused retail environment; prior success in coaching and delivering team targets is mandatory.
  • Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilise a diverse team.
  • Organisational agility, decisiveness and the capacity to propose pragmatic solutions in a fast-moving retail context.
  • Solid product sensibility for beauty categories and the capability to train others on product knowledge.

Experience
