Sephora Les Ulis is hiring a Retail Sales Manager (CDI, 35h) to lead a sales team, drive commercial targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and commercial activity for a dedicated area (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash or Operations), organising staffing and workflow to meet business needs.
- Plan and deploy growth levers in line with the commercial and people development plan for the store and assigned axis.
- Drive sales performance through target-setting, KPI monitoring and local action plans; ensure execution of merchandising and promotional initiatives.
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of sales advisors through on-the-job training, feedback and performance reviews to elevate product expertise and service quality.
- Ensure outstanding client experiences by maintaining service standards, resolving escalations and embedding a customer-centric culture within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful managerial experience in a customer-service driven retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate frontline teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Strong knowledge of beauty categories (fragrance, skincare, makeup) or rapid aptitude to learn product ranges.
- Results-oriented with an agile mindset, able to propose practical solutions and adapt in a fast-moving retail context.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a retail or client-facing environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales and developing teams.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational qualification or higher education in retail, business or cosmetics is a plus.

This position is based in Les Ulis, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
