Sephora seeks a Retail Sales Manager in Amiens, France — permanent full-time role leading a product axis and coaching store sales teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a designated commercial axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, or Operations), organising and planning the team’s daily activity to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Deploy and animate growth levers aligned with the commercial and human development plan for the assigned area.
- Coach, motivate and mobilise sales advisors around shared targets, fostering high standards of client service and conversion.
- Develop and cascade product and service knowledge across the team to address commercial challenges and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators, manage workforce planning and schedules, and ensure operational excellence on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of successful managerial experience in a customer-service-oriented retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a frontline team to meet commercial targets.
- Results-driven mindset with strong collective leadership and the ability to propose pragmatic solutions.
- Intellectual agility, responsiveness and capacity to operate effectively in a fast-moving retail environment.

Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or tertiary studies in business, retail, or marketing preferred.
