Seasonal Retail Assistant at Sephora Macarthur, Sydney – AUD $36.33/hr plus loadings for temporary holiday retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by listening to and addressing individual customer needs
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments
- Promote and educate customers on Sephora's loyalty program features and benefits
- Multitask effectively during peak trading periods, particularly Thursday through Sunday
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Build authentic relationships with customers and team members to enhance the retail environment
- Observe and communicate emerging product trends and iconic brand offerings
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend shifts
