Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a warm, professional welcome and personalised beauty advice to clients.
- Drive sales through consultative recommendations, product demonstrations and appropriate upselling of services and ranges.
- Create memorable client experiences that encourage satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
- Participate in store commercial initiatives, promotional events and sales challenges to meet performance targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock rotation and support daily store operations including POS transactions.
