Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver personalised beauty consultations to identify needs and recommend Sephora products and services.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives by actively converting opportunities and participating in commercial challenges and promotions.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that reinforce brand positioning and client loyalty.
- Participate in store merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards to ensure an inspiring sales environment.
- Complete the apprenticeship training curriculum and apply acquired skills on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) with a focus in sales, retail or aesthetics (or equivalent).
- Candidate must be enrolling in or eligible for an apprenticeship (alternance) program preparing a Bac+2 level diploma or higher.
- Strong customer-service orientation and genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and to engage positively with colleagues and clients.
- Motivation to meet sales targets, participate in store initiatives and pursue professional development.

Entry-level: no professional experience required. Motivated beginners and recent graduates welcome; prior retail or beauty experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) in sales, retail, aesthetics or equivalent; candidate must be preparing a Bac+2 level qualification via an apprenticeship program.
