Sephora seeks a Retail Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship) in Montpellier Odysseum — an on-site apprenticeship focused on client service and beauty retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, deliver personalised product advice and build long-term client relationships through exemplary service and clienteling techniques.
- Drive sales and contribute to store commercial targets by proposing relevant Sephora products and services and participating in promotional activities and challenges.
- Create an elevated in-store experience by maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product availability and presenting assortments attractively.
- Participate in store events and team initiatives, support onboarding and training activities, and engage proactively in continuous learning.
- Operate point-of-sale transactions accurately, assist with stock replenishment and ensure compliance with store procedures and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) with a specialization in sales or esthetics; candidate must be enrolled in an alternating training programme to prepare a Bac+2 level qualification.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics.
- Capacity to work in a team, resilient under pressure and motivated by commercial targets.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Education
