Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, assess their needs and deliver personalised product and service recommendations that align with Sephora’s client experience standards.

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate (vocational) in sales, aesthetics or a related field.
  • Eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract and intending to prepare a Bac+2 level diploma (or equivalent) in sales/beauty.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with enthusiasm for beauty products and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; reliable and motivated to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
