Sephora seeks a Retail Performance and Operations Specialist in Dubai to coordinate store performance reporting, budget support, retail meetings and communications, launch execution, and store information management. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role requiring at least five years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and share timely reports covering key retail KPIs, including store scorecards, Click & Collect, Service, Love Meter and monthly achievements.
- Analyse performance to identify trends, gaps, risks and opportunities; provide actionable insights to Retail Directors and store teams to support corrective actions.
- Monitor performance against plan and flag deviations requiring immediate action.
- Support Retail Directors with yearly, Ramadan, monthly commercial and SC budget preparation, including daily splits of commercial targets, stock and shrinkage.
- Support Finance with commission calculations and validations; ensure accuracy and consistency across financial and retail reporting.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of weekly, monthly and quarterly retail meetings; coordinate with relevant departments and consolidate meeting content and performance analysis.
- Ensure performance gaps and action plans are clearly highlighted during meetings.
- Prepare, validate and distribute retail communications; maintain a central communication channel as a reliable reference for stores, with accurate and accessible information.
- Manage a dedicated WhatsApp group for urgent updates.
- Act as the Novelties Champion and point of contact; cascade launch information to stores, support understanding and implementation, monitor execution against launch plans, and promptly alert relevant departments to deviations.
- Own and maintain the Store DB platform, keeping information accurate and current, including sales area, working hours, KCP information and store photos, particularly after renovations or changes.
- Ensure the store database remains a reliable information source for Retail and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret retail KPIs, identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience preparing accurate reports, dashboards, presentations and budget-related analyses.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, including preparing clear retail communications and supporting effective information flow across stores and departments.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working cross-functionally with Retail, Finance and other key departments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency and timely follow-up.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience
Minimum 5 years in retail operations, commercial coordination, business analysis, or a similar support role; ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
