Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of retail processes and guidelines across store network
- Create communication materials and presentations for store manager and field teams
- Organize retail activities including inventory management and promotional campaigns
- Participate in store opening preparations and event coordination
- Execute administrative and organizational tasks supporting daily headquarters operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Business Administration or equivalent field
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for beauty industry trends and products
- Ideally some prior retail or customer-facing experience
