Sephora Operations Associate, Orlando FL – Full-time retail operations role supporting store management and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure adherence to Sephora's operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand standards through promotional setups and event execution
- Support the sales team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
