Sephora seeks a Retail Operations Specialist in Istanbul to oversee inventory, conduct audits, and train stock operations teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory accuracy, shrinkage management, and back-of-house standards across the retail network
- Conduct periodic store visits to audit operational performance and provide on-site coaching
- Lead physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and recount processes; provide post-count analysis and action plans
- Ensure compliance with Sephora Global and Local Audit guidelines for stock operations
- Serve as first point of contact for store inquiries, problems, and operational support related to stock operations
- Develop and implement training programs for stock operations staff and new joiners
- Prepare training reports and support existing store teams with development programs tailored to store needs
- Travel to stores for operational support and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years of retail stock operations experience
- Experience in training, coaching, or onboarding retail teams (highly preferred)
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, SAP, and retail systems
- Advanced English-speaking skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel for store support and operational audits

Experience
2–4 years of retail stock operations experience, with demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or onboarding retail teams highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, Accounting, or related field.
