Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise inventory accuracy across the store network, including shrinkage control and back‑of‑house (BOH) standards.
- Lead and coordinate physical inventory counts, cycle counts and recount processes; deliver post‑count analysis and corrective action plans.
- Develop, deliver and document training, onboarding and continuous development programmes for store stock operations teams and new joiners.
- Conduct periodic store visits to audit stock operations, coach store teams on best practices and ensure adherence to Sephora global and local audit guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for store enquiries related to stock operations, providing operational support, troubleshooting and escalation when required.
- Create training reports and track performance metrics to inform improvement initiatives and localised development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, Accounting or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on retail stock operations or inventory management experience.
- Experience in training, coaching or onboarding retail teams is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly for store support and operational audits.

Minimum 2–4 years of practical experience in retail stock operations or inventory management, with proven exposure to training or coaching store teams and executing inventory counts and audits.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, Accounting or related field.
