Sephora seeks Retail Operations Manager in São Paulo, Brazil to oversee store operations, supply chain, and team management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, update, and communicate operational policies, procedures, and manuals across all retail points of sale
- Coordinate service delivery, materials, and product distribution to stores according to established schedules and propose measures to maintain adequate inventory levels
- Oversee product distribution, reception, and handling across store teams
- Monitor operational quality through performance indicators and their evolution
- Identify continuous opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service quality
- Construct and manage the financial planning for the operations department
- Identify improvements to point-of-sale systems to ensure seamless transactions
- Coordinate delivery of services and materials to retail locations to meet store opening timelines and ensure operational continuity
- Ensure visual merchandising standards across all points of sale
- Supervise major and minor maintenance activities and partner with relevant departments on new store openings
- Coordinate all departments involved in store openings and closures, ensuring each fulfills all responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail operations
- Demonstrated ability to develop point-of-sale strategies
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Availability for travel
- Residency in São Paulo State
