Sephora seeks an experienced Shop Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead customer experience, sales, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete customer journey, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction across all touchpoints
- Develop and implement comprehensive store service plans to maximize sales, KPIs, and operational performance
- Coach, train, and motivate team members on commercial targets, operational procedures, and service excellence standards
- Manage floor leadership segments, ensuring optimal coverage and client engagement throughout operational hours
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics using diagnostic tools (Love Meter, CEE) and propose targeted action plans for continuous improvement
- Drive sales achievement across selective, exclusive, and Sephora Collection brands while maintaining strategic balance
- Enforce compliance with store policies, procedures, and merchandising standards across products, pricing, and visual presentation
- Monitor stock availability, report inventory gaps, and coordinate with head office to prevent out-of-stock situations
- Plan, execute, and oversee in-store promotional events and visual merchandising displays
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform business strategy
- Manage team recruitment, performance reviews (PCR/PIP), training attendance, and succession planning in collaboration with the Area Manager
- Oversee annual leave coordination and ensure team participation in mandatory training and e-learning programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of proven store management experience
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and operational KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Commercial awareness and strategic business acumen
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing conditions
