Sephora seeks a full-time Retail Operations Leader for its Westlake Village store in Thousand Oaks, working 30–40 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role leads store operations, inventory and merchandising, supports the client experience, and coaches team members; hourly pay is $26.00–$29.90, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
