Sephora is hiring a full-time Retail Operations Leader for its Calabasas store, working 30–40 hours per week and available for peak periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role leads store operations, inventory, merchandising, and team development; hourly pay is $28.00–$32.20, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
