Sephora seeks a Retail Operations Leader for a permanent, full-time position (30–40 hours per week) in Brea, California. The role leads store operations, inventory, merchandising, and team development while supporting client service and store goals. Pay is $26.00–$29.90 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Lead the operations team and develop team members.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality; minimum 3 years of experience.
