The Retail Operations Leader at Sephora oversees inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, merchandising and store maintenance, while supporting client service and store goals and coaching the operations team. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays; pay is $26–$30 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals.
- Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
- Promote an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Lead the operations team and coach team members to perform at their best.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality; ideally 3 years.
- Ability to work the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; full-time hours are 30–40 per week.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
