The Retail Operations Intern supports the introduction of retail processes and guidelines, creates communications materials, organizes retail activities, and assists with store openings, events and daily administration. The internship is based at Sephora’s head office in Düsseldorf.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the introduction of retail processes and guidelines.
- Create communications materials for store managers and teams.
- Organize retail activities, such as inventories and promotions.

Qualifications
- Has successfully completed the basic studies phase of a business administration or comparable degree programme.
- Ideally has initial experience in retail.
