Sephora Retail Operations Executive in Sydney, Australia. Lead store operations and process management across ANZ stores. Hybrid role with LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce consistent retail operational practices and standards across all ANZ stores
- Develop and own local store operating manual processes to support retail teams
- Conduct on-site store visits to identify opportunities for process simplification and operational efficiency
- Trial new processes in pilot stores and manage project execution through national rollout
- Develop and manage KPIs to inform data-led decision-making for process implementation
- Report KPIs to senior management and complete business case sign-off for new processes
- Perform audit visits and support ANZ store management teams with compliance verification
- Review and ensure work health and safety compliance across stores
- Manage point-of-sale back-end operations including promotional builds, user management, and discount administration
- Lead and influence store teams through change processes via on-site engagement
- Manage internal stakeholder and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Store Management role or equivalent external retail operations experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP
- Proven project management capabilities
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influence skills
