Sephora Canada is hiring a Retail Operations Consultant in Mont‑Royal, QC — full‑time role focused on inventory, merchandising and back‑of‑house operations.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring product accuracy and condition.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom/warehouse to company standards, including transfers, damaged goods and demonstrators.
- Support merchandising execution on the selling floor and verify visual displays; report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
- Contribute to loss‑prevention and shrink‑reduction initiatives through accurate stock handling and program participation.
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service on the sales floor and assist in training cashiers and mobile POS attendants as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards in all back‑of‑house and till areas; escalate operational issues to supervisors or store management.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and move merchandise and to perform physical tasks associated with stock handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational standards and procedures.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to train or coach peers on POS and cash handling procedures.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level role; prior retail, warehouse or merchandising experience is an asset but not mandatory. Demonstrated familiarity with stockroom procedures or POS operation will be considered favourably.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This position is based in Mont-Royal, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
