Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient back‑of‑house processes.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
  • Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving sales and conversion objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet the required minimum weekly shifts; be available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting and transporting merchandise (up to 50 pounds).

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred.
  • Proven organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting attendance/scheduling expectations.
