Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a secure, efficient and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and accuracy.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand standards and drive event/campaign execution.
  • Deliver and support outstanding client service, assisting team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the in-store experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational standards to promote safety, security and a consistent shopping experience.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet required shift/hours including nights, weekends and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused operational roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of conveying product knowledge to colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling and consistent attendance; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
