Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping environment and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain merchandising integrity.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups, ensuring displays and event executions accurately reflect brand guidelines.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service, contributing to in-store sales goals and outstanding client experiences.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora policies for safety, loss prevention and customer service.
- Maintain punctuality and schedule availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing operations role.
- Proven organizational and time-management capability with attention to operational detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and meet sales/operational objectives.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling tasks.
- Flexible availability to meet required shift minimums (Full Time: 30–40 hrs/week).
