Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand aesthetic and campaign requirements.
- Assist the team in delivering exceptional client experiences that contribute to sales targets and loyalty.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform manual stock tasks.
