The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations, inventory, fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and events while helping deliver excellent client experiences and meet sales goals. This part-time, flex role offers non-guaranteed hours of 4–14 hours per week, with availability required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, accurate promotional setups, and event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
