Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and visual integrity
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to reflect Sephora brand standards and support events and launches
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store performance goals
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment
- Promote teamwork and inclusivity; support colleagues to foster an empowering and client-focused store culture
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated time-management capability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service orientation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the role's minimum weekly hours
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Entry-level retail experience (1–2 years) in operations, inventory or customer-facing roles within retail or hospitality environments. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced store setting and support daily operational workflows.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
